This is the right service if you’re looking for that magical “TV” moment. This is highly involved design work, that takes a lot of work and effort, but has the most reward! When your space needs a little more than a refresh, when a full face-lift is necessary, and when we tear it ALL down to start, this is full-service. Consider it the “don’t try this at home, kids” kind of design. Trust us, we’re a professional!
HOW IT WORKS
Step 1: Design Consultation
We begin like any other design consultation and really investigate what it is you’re looking for and how you want to achieve it. This “fact-finding” is also referred to our programming phase where we meet and you tell me how awesome you want things.
Step 2: Design Layout
Then the design team will put together a full layout including mood boards, design layouts, full product dossier, and any renderings that you wish to see. Love it? Fantastic! Need to adjust some things? We’re on it. Full service includes 2 full re-selections for things that just don’t work for you. We handle the ordering, the receiving and set up the date to install all your new, fabulous items. All you have to do is love it. Sounds easy, right? That’s the goal.
The Full Service system requires a larger budget than other methods simply because there is a lot more involved. We try to anticipate as much of the budget ahead of time, and do our best to approach all of the budget concerns well before we begin. Our professional approach is to be as liberal with our time and as conservative with your budget as possible. We have done it all and experience has allowed us the freedom to anticipate many of the “little issues” that undoubtedly come up. You’re in good hands with us.
Step 3: Build the Design
Teams are in place to help achieve the desired outcome, and that includes contractors, painters, electricians, wall paper specialists and so many others! We have procured an incredible network of professionals to bring our projects to life, and look forward to introducing them to you. If there is another company or person that you prefer, we love working with others outside of our network too!
Our process is perfected to ensure that all drawings, materials and plans are approved and signed off by our clients. We want a full service project to be as easy and seamless as possible, no matter the size. With our experience doing full home remodels, you can rest assured you’re in good hands.
We love to include our clients in as much as they’re comfortable with! There are several ways that we involve our clients and can adjust to any comfort level. From novice to old-hat, we can accommodate all levels of interest.
